Had our fence installed last fall. I was impressed with them from the first call. He asked a lot of questions and educated me on everything about the fence. They were quick to schedule my install, was on time, and trained our dog bo. I honestly couldn’t be happier with their product and service. Fast forward. This spring the internet company doing an install at our home had cut through the underground fence. I called Dog Guard up to see if they could do the repair and they were out the very next day. The gentleman who fixed the fence was very nice and personable and quickly got it fixed. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
I absolutely recommend Dog Guard of NE Indiana! Scott and his crew installed the fence quickly and exactly to our specifications. Scott completed training with my dog as soon as it was installed. When we got a second dog that was causing some property damage, he came back and rezoned a section for us to manage the problem. And, when our second dog destroyed a receiver collar, he had a replacement to us in only 2 days. The battery plan is a great service, too. Never worrying about low batteries is a huge relief. I have a 3 1/2 year old Dutch Shepherd, his name is Chief. If you are not familiar with Dutch Shepherds let me tell you.. they never stop! I moved from the city (privacy fence)to the country. I purchased the wireless box store invisible fence. The batteries wouldn’t last more than a few days at best. Mr Chief figured this out one day and decided he wanted to play with the neighbors across the road... Chief got hit. Somehow he managed to live another day so I called Scott at Dog Guard. This guy was Jonny on the spot, after explaining to me the process, he installed the new fence. His follow up and real care for Chief is why I recommend this company. Everyone has a product for sale but I still believe “people buy from people” and Scott is a guy to buy from! The fence is working as promised and my worries about Chief visiting the neighbors is at ease. Thank you Scott, Chief thanks you too!

I'm very pleased with Scott and the invisible fence he installed. I have a 5 month old French Bulldog and a 10 year old Schnorkie. These girls have very different personalities but Scott did a great job working with both of them. I appreciate being able to walk the property and mark exactly where we want the boundaries. Scott explained how the system works and how to make adjustments. Both guys were friendly and gentle with the dogs and took the time to make sure both girls and I were comfortable with the system. I would highly recommend Dog Guard of Indiana. It?s worth the money to make sure your fur babies are safe!!

We are so happy! No more chasing a dog who is running into the neighbor’s farm fields, jumping a creek, and following squirrels, rabbits, and deer. Stella caught on so quickly in her training. After 48 hours she was no longer on a leash.
They were prompt to respond. He gave me quote and stuck to it. Was very good at working with us and our puppy. Left areas so he could hang out with us on summer nights on the lake. We feel confident the dog and ourselves will be happy in the long run!

What an amazing thing you can do for your fur babies especially one like mine chasing cars running after birds and neighbor dogs he once ran off for two hours as we worried like crazy. I didn't know what to expect when looking for a fence for my dogs but after having a Dog Guard system for over 6 months now I know I made a great choice. It was money well spent and should have done this sooner. The price was well worth it to keep both of my boxers safe in my yard.

I hired Dog Guard to bury new wire in my yard for an existing unit that I had. After talking with several other companies I chose this one because they seemed very professional and not pushy like the other companies I contacted. Dog Guard told me exactly what I would need and didn't push me into things I didn't need which was appreciated. Our existing underground fence was not working. We thought it was the wiring. I was initially looking for someone to fix it. We called Scott who discovered it wasn't the wiring, but the main unit. He told us the underground wiring we had was very good quality and there was no need to replace it. We had been told by another company they would have to replace our wiring with their own. The cost of the system from Scott was reasonable and he was able to install it the same day. He took great care to explain everything to me and to my husband. My dogs loved him. He has called to follow up and do additional training which we will have him do. So glad we chose him & so glad I have Home Advisor.
I worked with Scott. He came out multiple times to make sure the fence was going in the correct place because I wasn't going to be there for installation. He went over all their history and information so I was comfortable with the company. I love that they have a lifetime warranty. He worked around my schedule for training and I just heard from him as a follow up to see how training was going with the dogs on my own. He also said I can reach out to him with questions and ancillary training. They are an excellent company to work with and I believe the cost is definitely worth it.
They showed up on time, explained everything before starting installation, and made sure what I wanted was what I was going to get. I have four dachshunds who don't see a lot of people, but both men worked very well with all four dogs. They gained their trust by talking to them in a soft tone and slowly let the dogs get acquainted with them before starting the training. After working with the dogs Scott made sure I understood the training that would need to take place the next couple of days, all equipment, and answered any/all questions I had with no time limit. Overall this was an excellent company to work with and a great experience. They have called to check in multiple times to make sure I am happy with their product. I highly recommend them!
